- Local representation. UK clients can always contact a
senior UK manager to check on the progress of projects and
discuss technical or organisational issues - by phone or
face-to-face.

Daily reporting. Clients can receive
daily updates on projects to review development, check
on what changes have been made and ensure that the development
schedule is being maintained.

Regular output of results. Real, current
project status information can be viewed long before completion.
- Provision of source code. Clients receive current source
code as often as desired. This is a particularly useful
feature for those clients who are only outsourcing part
of a project while undertaking the other part internally.

Moscow and the UK is just three hours, enabling clients
and project personnel to communicate in normal offices
