guarantees that a product final version complies fully
with initial client specifications. The final version
is subjected to three stages of testing - ensuring the
product released to the client is of very high quality.

60 days cost-free
bug fixing. iDeveloperNetwork offers 60 days
(after release to a customer of product final version),
during which time all bugs found by the customer are fixed
free of charge.

Cost-free
consultations. After expiry of this period,
iDeveloperNetwork will consider providing additional free
project consultations. For example, concerning source
code.

Product support.
If necessary, iDeveloperNetwork will provide a charged-for
support service for the created product. This might include
modification of the product and creation of successive
versions, product set-up, customisation, and administration
at the customer's servers as well as end-user support.

Support team.
Bug fixing and product support are carried out by the
same specialists who participated in the project development.
This ensures maximum speed of response and quality.
