Property rights to all material produced
by iDeveloperNetwork during a project are assigned completely
to the client. This includes software, source code, data
structures, documentation, and design options. The assignment
is total and unconditional.

iDeveloperNetwork unreservedly undertakes
not use any material developed for one client in any way
for any other.

After project completion all material
is transferred to the customer. When formal receipt has
been confirmed all electronic copies are destroyed.

iDeveloperNetwork will always be ready
to consider any additional caveats or safeguards requested
by a client.
