Client communication. Client
communication is via local office contact and direct communication
with project leaders through email, telephone, real-time
Internet chat (ICQ, etc) and physical visits to client
offices by iDeveloperNetwork personnel. We can also arrange
visits of client representatives to Russia.
- Language of interaction.
Language of communication is English.

Contact time availability. Between
7 am GMT to 10 pm GMT (2 am to 5 pm US Central Standard).
This means that UK and European clients have better access
availability than they would typically receive from a
provider in their own country. All emails or other communications
received in these timescales are processed immediately.

Project progress. iDeveloperNetwork
provides clients with any requested data on the state
of project fulfilment. Based on our experience, we believe
that the best methods for such interaction are regular
reports, regular conferences, and provision of intermediate
results.
- Regular reports. We
issue regular customer reports - daily, three-daily and
weekly.

Regular conferences.
iDeveloperNetwork holds regular real-time conferences
(weekly and monthly) with clients to ensure they are always
fully briefed on project progress and have the opportunity
for close, communication with our project teams.

Intermediate
output. iDeveloperNetwork can provide intermediate
product versions - weekly or monthly.

Other communication methods. Essentially,
we can accommodate any other form of desired communication
convenient to the client.
