Order analysis
stage. At the order analysis stage, client
requirements are formally and comprehensively reviewed
to determine all conditions necessary for successful project
execution.

Project workgroup.
Based on the customer requirements analysis, we will assemble
a specialist workgroup to resource the desired project.
The client is provided with detailed information on workgroup
individuals, describing their expertise and experience.

Calculation
of project hourly rates. Hourly rates for project
fulfilment are approved by the customer based, on the
requirements analysis. For more details see Our

Technical project
analysis. Based on the customer requirements
analysis, our specialists will select the optimal technologies
for order execution, and produce for the customer a general
description of the project architecture.

Determination
of the cost of order execution. We will present
to the customer a detailed estimate for the cost of order
execution. This will specify in detail the time/cost of
the proposed project.

Creation of
a project time schedule. When a customer approves
the project execution cost, a project time schedule is
determined in collaboration with the customer. At this
stage the following parameters are determined:
* Project start date.
* Final project completion date.
* Production dates and composition of intermediate versions,
including the amount of interim payments (if applicable).

Interaction
rules during project execution. The rules of
interaction between a customer and the company during
project execution are set based on our established business
process - and tailored to meet client requirements. More

Start of work
to fulfil the order. iDeveloperNetwork will
start work to execute the project only when a customer
is completely familiar with all aspects of our proposition
and has formally confirmed acceptance of our proposed
activity, terms and conditions.

Modification
of the project specifications. After work has
started under agreed terms the additional cost of any
modifications or changes subsequently requested by the
client shall be negotiable but shall not prejudice any
existing agreement under which both parties have given
formal consent.
