The basis of our distributed structure is a well-developed business model for client interaction, excellent work documentation and effective quality control. This allows geographically scattered development teams to work together, to maintain quality and ensure constant, remote project monitoring.

An important advantage is rapid scalability. Project developer teams can be increased at very short notice. For example, typically within a week to a week and a half. This is made possible because we have access to IT professionals at centres of excellence throughout Russia. However, such rapid recruitment does not impact on quality. We have rigorous skill checking processes and maintain a comprehensive database of individuals who have worked for us on other projects and who have already demonstrated their expertise.

All developers undergo a probationary period during which they only work on internal projects. This allows us to evaluate their abilities and ensure that only proven IT professionals are assigned to live client projects.
